Set within 1.5 acres of grounds and gardens, it commands far-reaching views across Cardigan Bay, the countryside and Rhinog Mountains beyond. Inside, exquisite period details complement all the modern must-haves to cater for a party of 14, with seven blissful bedrooms and four bathrooms to ensure everyone’s comfort and convenience. There’s so much to impress here – soak it all in as you unwind in the hot tub.

Make memories to take home and treasure during your stay at this striking detached residence. You’ll know you’ve ‘arrived’ the moment you turn into the sweeping private driveway ¬– at its end, the substantial, three-storey property stands within well-maintained grounds. An impressive hall beckons you inside; pause to note the original parquetry hardwood flooring and ornamental plasterwork before moving on to the two principal rooms, which each offer views over Cardigan Bay. There’ll be many convivial evenings in the sitting room, with its lovely fireplace and wood burner, and lots of lively conversation in the dining room which is full of period detail. Share cooking duties in the contemporary kitchen and self-catering will be hassle-free – there’s a range-style cooker to handle the large head-count. For after-dinner fun, the TV and games room will be a big hit. An art deco-style cloakroom and a utility/boot room with its own wood burner – ideal place for drying clothes – complete the ground floor layout. When it’s time to retire, a gorgeous mahogany staircase with half-landing views over the surrounding countryside and coastline leads to an impressive first-floor landing, from which there are four individually styled bedrooms – including a spacious master with en-suite facilities – and two bathrooms. On the upper floors, which were originally the servant’s quarters, are three further bedrooms – all with far-reaching views – and two well-appointed shower rooms. Ensuring versatility for any party make-up, sleeping options include a super-king-size bed, two king-size and two double beds, one twin room and one bunk room – that’s a good night’s sleep guaranteed for all 14 of you! The elegance indoors is echoed in the stunning grounds that surround the property, with landscaped gardens, mature trees and three decking areas encourage you to sit awhile. Fire up the BBQ, gather around the firepit or chill in the hot tub for the ultimate in alfresco fun.
